These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Building Maintenance ("Building Maintenance", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Building Maintenance mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services")
Building Maintenance Service
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Building Maintenance Service. Information provided by our users through the Building Maintenance Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Building Maintenance. Building Maintenance has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Building Maintenance will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Building Maintenance shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.
Building Maintenance Access
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Building Maintenance hereby grants you permission to use the Service, provided that: your use of the Service as permitted is solely for your personal use, and you are not permitted to resell or charge others for use of or access to the Service, or in any other manner inconsistent with these Terms of Service; you will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Service in any medium without Building Maintenance's prior written authorization; you will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the Service; and you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc. or "load testers" such as wget, apache bench, mswebstress, httpload, blitz, Xcode Automator, Android Monkey, etc., that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Building Maintenance servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a Building Maintenance application, and you are forbidden from ripping the content unless specifically allowed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Building Maintenance grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the website for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Building Maintenance reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. While we don't disallow the use of sniffers such as Ethereal, tcpdump or HTTPWatch in general, we do disallow any efforts to reverse-engineer our system, our protocols, or explore outside the boundaries of the normal requests made by Building Maintenance clients. We have to disallow using request modification tools such as fiddler or whisker, or the like or any other such tools activities that are meant to explore or harm, penetrate or test the site. You must secure our permission before you measure, test, health check or otherwise monitor any network equipment, servers or assets hosted on our domain. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including phone number, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service for any commercial solicitation or spam purposes. You agree not to spam, or solicit for commercial purposes, any users of the Service.
Trial Version
If you registered for a trial use of the Building Maintenance ("Trial Period"), you must decide to purchase Building Maintenance subscription , at the current rate, within the Trial Period in order to retain any Content that you have entered through the Building Maintenance Services, created within Building Maintenance Services, posted or uploaded during the Trial Period. If you do not purchase a subscription by the end of the Trial Period, your Content will no longer be available to you. To be very clear, after using the Building Maintenance Services during the trial period, if you decide not to purchase the subscription of the Building Maintenance Services, you will not be able to access or retrieve any of the data you added or created with the Services during the trial.
No Refund Policy (for Services)
You are free to use full featured Building Maintenance services for 30 days from the date of registration, after that once you paid for the service and you terminate or cancel service then amount for that year will not be refunded
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
